What should I take after a workout?

Is the anabolic window real?

Is 400mg of caffeine too much?

Does caffeine tolerance build up?

Yes, quite quickly. Many lifters cycle off for a week or two periodically, or keep the dose modest, to keep it effective.

Around 3 to 6g of pure L-citrulline, or 6 to 8g of citrulline malate. Many products under-dose it well below this.

Is L-citrulline or citrulline malate better?

Both work. Citrulline malate is only part citrulline by weight, so you need a higher total to match the same pure L-citrulline dose.

Does citrulline actually give a pump?

Why does beta-alanine make me tingle?

The tingling (paraesthesia) is a harmless, temporary nerve sensation caused by the dose. Splitting it into smaller amounts through the day reduces it.
